Scope and price
Every project has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before we start. Prices are in US dollars and are listed on our pricing page.
How we work
All work is produced remotely from the files you send. We do not visit sites, photograph or film on location.
Payment
50% to start, 50% on delivery.
Previews and revisions
You see a preview before final delivery. Every service includes 2 rounds of changes, covering creative changes and accuracy corrections.
Your files
You share your files with us through a Google Drive or other shareable link. By sharing them you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to make your quote or your work.
Ownership
You own the videos, animations, renders, models and designs once they are paid in full, including a commercial music licence for videos.
AI and disclosure
A Property Reel, Property Film or Concept Video is made with AI from the files you supply, then directed, edited and checked by our team.
Every AI video carries a disclosure line, and we keep a record of the source images used. Disclosure rules vary by location. Final buildings and finishes may vary from visualisations.
