What exactly do you do?
Property Reel, Property Film, Concept Video, Architectural Animation, SketchUp Designing, Rendering, Architectural Videos & Graphics, and Planning & Designing.
What's the difference between a Property Reel and a Property Film?
A Reel is made to stop the scroll. A Film is made to be watched. A Reel runs 20–30 seconds, a Film 45–60 seconds, and both are sized according to your requirement. A Film ends on a branded end card and has 2 revision rounds; a Reel has no end card and 1 round.
Do you visit the property or shoot on location?
No. Everything is made on screen from the files you send, so it works anywhere, even for buildings that aren't built yet.
Is a Property Reel or Property Film made with AI?
Yes. A Property Reel, Property Film or Concept Video is made with AI from your own images, then directed, edited and checked by our team. Architectural Animation, SketchUp models, renders and designs are made by our team.
What do you need from me?
Whatever you have: sketches, plans, a model, renders or photos, plus your logo and a short brief.
How do I send you my files?
Share them with a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or other shareable link, set so anyone with the link can view. Paste it into the quote form or email it to us.
Accuracy and changes
Will it look like my actual property?
Every video starts from your images, and every job is checked against your files before delivery.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds on every service except a Property Reel, which has one. They cover both creative changes and accuracy corrections.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
A Property Reel or a render in 48 hours. A Property Film in 72 hours. SketchUp Designing, Planning & Designing for a single space and an Architectural Videos & Graphics set in 3–5 business days. A Concept Video in 5 business days. An Architectural Animation in 7–10 business days, or 10–15 for a full project.
Can you do other languages?
Yes, voiceover and captions in more languages, as an add-on.
Rules and rights
Is AI video allowed in property marketing?
Rules vary by location, and some places require a disclosure. Every AI video carries a disclosure line, and we keep a record of your source images.
Who owns the work?
You do, once paid in full. Every service comes with full commercial rights, and videos include a music licence.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, including white-label work under your own brand.
